Subject	any tips for installing seat covers?

Message	I was installing my seat covers last night and well the back of the seat back and outsides of the side bolsters are baggy. I haven't yet installed the inserts, will this bagginess go away once I install the inserts? Or am I doing something wrong? thanks in advance,
